Camera + LiDAR perception for UPC ecoRacing's first autonomous car — 2nd best driverless vehicle in Spain 2020/21.

Overview
I developed the perception system — camera + LiDAR based — of UPC ecoRacing's first autonomous vehicle, leading to the 2nd best autonomous car at Formula Student Spain 2020/21.
The stack covered camera calibration, mono and stereo computer vision, real-time cone detection and classification, and camera–LiDAR sensor fusion (Velodyne VLP16 + cameras), plus annotation tooling for regression networks and GPU-accelerated inference on a Jetson AGX.
